Proposal Form Draft 1

My first initial idea for my project was to create a campaign for cervical cancer awareness in young girls. My overall plan is to create awareness and to lower the age for a smear test to 16, young girls are dying from cervical cancer due to them not being the 'right' age for a smear test to detect the cancer. The current age that you are allowed to have a smear test is 25 and over, I want my campaign to persuade the government and NHS to lower the age due to young girls losing their lives to cervical cancer.
